Rentstra ("Rent Strategic") closes the gap in the informal student-housing market: investors buy or place an asset, Rentstra runs it (tenants, billing, cleaning, maintenance) through its Facility Management integration, and investors receive the returns. The product covers a marketplace landing page (search properties by campus, yield schemes) and an investor dashboard (portfolio, monthly income, occupancy, facility status, payouts). Cleansheet Blue palette, a rook logo and a single Inter typeface.
